The garage-areas are a great example of Soviet heritage that still continues to live its life today. Those tiny spaces represented a separate universe in a huge and complicated system. A personal fortress that was neither threatened by business dynasties nor state power. For some reason, the walls are so narrow that you cannot even open your car doors, and the ceiling so low that even a hoist won't fit. What are you supposed to repair there?
