Linnahall is the former cultural centre of Tallinn that has fallen victim to changing times and is struggling with new realities. This architectural highlight stands empty in its neglected form, unable to adapt, unable to restore its former glory. Soon, perhaps, there will be time when this conked giant awakens and triumphs again. Then we will all drink champagne on its rooftop and flank our feet towards the sun and sea.
