1. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from a purchase made in our online store within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, they start when the last one arrives. This right also applies to sale items and gift cards.

2. How to withdraw

Use our online withdrawal form via the Withdraw from contract link in the footer of every page and in your order emails. You don't need to log in. Enter your order number, name and email address, then confirm. We immediately email you a confirmation with your statement and the date and time it was submitted.

You can also send us any clear statement by email to info@viuu.ee. It is enough to send it before the 14 days end.

3. Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. For returns within Estonia, we email you a return label and VIUU pays the shipping. For returns from outside Estonia, you pay the return shipping costs.

4. Condition of the goods

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, for example by trying on frames. If the goods lose value because they were handled beyond that, we may reduce the refund by that amount. Please return them with their case, cloth and original packaging where possible.

5. Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, we don't refund the difference. We refund to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. We may wait to refund until we receive the goods or you show proof of sending them, whichever comes first.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as glasses made with lenses to your prescription (frame and lenses together). It also does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, such as contact lenses, lens solutions and eye drops.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item, withdraw from the original purchase and place a new order.

8. Faulty or wrong items

Please check your order on arrival and contact info@viuu.ee if anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. This is separate from the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.

9. Disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).
